Industrial buyers search by exact product, grade and size. Generic ads bring retail callers who want one piece. For a manufacturer, stockist and exporter of stainless, duplex and super duplex steel sheets, pipes and fittings, we built campaigns that only make sense to real buyers.
At a glance
| Client | A stainless and duplex steel manufacturer, stockist and exporter in western India |
|---|---|
| Goal | Purchase enquiries (RFQs) from contractors, fabricators and plants in India and abroad |
| Channels | Meta lead forms, Google search, LinkedIn and email outreach, CRM |
| Status | Lead form campaign built; waiting on the ad account owner's verification |
The challenge
The company's products are specific (grades, schedules, sizes) and its buyers are purchase managers, not consumers. Broad ads would waste money on the wrong people.
What we did
- Forms in the buyer's language. Product, grade, quantity and delivery city, so the sales team quotes only real orders.
- Exact-product Google search. Ads for the product and grade names buyers type, in India and the export markets.
- Outreach to purchase managers. Our lead finder lists fabricators, EPC contractors and process plants; email and LinkedIn reach the buyers there.
- RFQ replies in minutes. The catalogue and the next step go back on WhatsApp at any hour.
Where it stands (2 November 2026)
The lead form campaign is built in the company's own Meta ad account. Meta asked the account owner to confirm his identity before ads can run, which only the owner can do; it is the one step left. We will publish the enquiry numbers after the first month.
How we work for manufacturers
- Target by product and grade, not by 'industry'.
- Ask quantity on the form so you can ignore one-piece buyers.
- Answer RFQs the same hour; the first quote often wins.
Questions owners ask us
Do Facebook ads work for industrial B2B?
As one channel, yes, with a qualifying form. Google search and direct outreach to purchase managers usually bring the larger orders.
How we report: this case study describes work in progress as of 2 November 2026. We will add the numbers once the campaigns have run for a full month. We do not name clients without their permission.
Want the same for your business? Leave your WhatsApp number and we will show you, for your industry and city, which ads to run, what the AI says to your enquiries and what a realistic first month looks like.
