AI and software service companies usually live on referrals and cold email. For an AI automation company that builds calling agents, dashboards, apps and SaaS, we ran lead form ads with a sharp offer and an instant WhatsApp reply. In 14 days: ₹1,254 spent, 30 form leads at ₹42 each, 61 leads in the CRM across all sources, 20 qualified at ₹63 per qualified lead.

The challenge
'We build AI for everyone' does not sell. The company served real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, restaurants, renewable energy and fintech, and its message tried to speak to all of them at once.
What we did
- One offer per audience. Instead of a list of services, each ad promised one result to one kind of business, for example an AI that answers every enquiry call for a clinic.
- Forms that filter. Company type, size and timeline, so the founder could see who was serious before calling.
- Every source in one CRM. Form leads, WhatsApp chats and website enquiries were counted together, which is why the CRM holds 61 leads while the ads alone brought 30.
- WhatsApp AI with examples. The first reply shares a relevant example and offers a short scoping call.
The results
- 30 leads from the forms at about ₹42 each.
- 61 leads in the CRM in total.
- 20 qualified, about ₹63 per qualified lead.
- Every lead contacted.
What we learned
B2B buyers forgive a basic ad but not a vague one. The specific offers outperformed the general ones from the first days. Google search ads were the next step; they waited on the client's Google verification, which is a normal first-week hold-up worth starting early.
How we work for IT and AI service companies
- One sharp offer per industry you serve.
- Meta lead forms for volume, LinkedIn outreach for decision makers, email outreach to lists our lead finder builds.
- Leads scored, so your team calls the ones with budget first.
Questions owners ask us
Do Facebook ads work for B2B IT services?
Yes, when the offer is specific and the form qualifies. Owners of small and mid-size businesses are on Facebook and Instagram every day.
What is a good cost per lead for IT services in India?
It depends on the offer and audience. Judge on qualified leads and booked calls; here a qualified lead cost about ₹63.
How we report: every number here comes from the client's own lead list in our CRM for 20 October to 2 November 2026. We do not name clients without their permission.
