Patients search when they are worried, and they call the first number that answers. A missed call is a lost patient. For a private multi-speciality hospital we are setting up a system where every search, ad tap, call and message ends in a booked appointment.
At a glance
| Client | A private multi-speciality hospital in India |
|---|---|
| Goal | Appointments for the hospital's key specialities |
| Channels | Google search ads, Meta ads, WhatsApp AI booking, CRM; AI calling optional |
| Status | Set-up in progress with the hospital's team |
The challenge
The hospital had good doctors and a good reputation locally but almost no presence where patients look today: Google searches for a treatment near them and WhatsApp messages at night.
The plan we are running
- Google search ads by speciality. People typing a treatment or a doctor's speciality near them see the hospital first, with the phone number and directions.
- Meta ads for health camps and check-ups. Local families see camps and check-up packages, with a tap to WhatsApp.
- Every message answered. The WhatsApp AI offers appointment slots, sends the location and timings, and hands anything medical to the hospital's staff.
- Rules first. No before-and-after images, no promises of cures and nothing that breaks Google's or Meta's healthcare advertising policies.
Where it stands (2 November 2026)
The hospital's Facebook sign-in and WhatsApp are the next steps on its onboarding checklist. Campaigns are built paused in the hospital's own accounts and go live when the team approves them. We will add appointment numbers here after the first full month.
How we work for hospitals and clinics
- Measure appointments booked, not clicks.
- Answer at night and on Sundays; that is when worried families search.
- Keep the patient's data in the hospital's own systems.
Questions owners ask us
Can hospitals advertise on Google and Facebook in India?
Yes, within the platforms' healthcare policies and Indian medical advertising rules: inform, do not promise outcomes.
Does the AI give medical advice?
No. It books appointments and shares practical information. Medical questions go to the hospital's staff.
How we report: this case study describes work in progress as of 2 November 2026. We will add the numbers once the campaigns have run for a full month. We do not name clients without their permission.
Want the same for your business? Leave your WhatsApp number and we will show you, for your industry and city, which ads to run, what the AI says to your enquiries and what a realistic first month looks like.
