Many artists have beautiful work and followers who like every post, but no shop window: people do not know how to buy. For a Mumbai artist who paints sigils, florals, portraits, nature and abstracts, we built a gallery shop and the ads plan around it.

The challenge

The artist's works were spread across a personal website and a marketplace shop, with different prices and no simple way to order or ask for a commission.

What we did

  1. A gallery that sells. 50 works in one place, grouped by theme (sigils, florals, portraits, nature, abstracts, still life), each with size, medium and the story behind it.
  2. Ordering on WhatsApp. Buyers add works to a basket and send the order to the artist's WhatsApp in one tap; favourites are saved for later.
  3. Real reviews only. The shop quotes only reviews the artist has really received.
  4. The ads plan. Instagram and Facebook ads for art lovers and gift buyers in the big cities, with the artist's own photos and videos of the work.

Where it stands (2 November 2026)

The gallery website is built. The ads go live once the artist approves the budget and the pictures. We will add sales and enquiry numbers here.

How we work for artists and creators

  • A shop window first, ads second: never send ad traffic to a page where buying is hard.
  • Show the work in real rooms and the artist at work; it sells better than a flat scan.
  • Commission enquiries answered in minutes with sizes, timelines and prices.

Questions owners ask us

Do artists need a website if they sell on a marketplace?

A marketplace brings its own buyers but takes a cut and owns the customer. Your own gallery keeps the buyer relationship for the next collection.

How we report: this case study describes work in progress as of 2 November 2026. We will add the numbers once the campaigns have run for a full month. We do not name clients without their permission.
