VirtuTeams is a cloud-based team and workforce management platform built to streamline how remote and on-ground teams operate. Designed for enterprises and service-based businesses, the application helps manage employee profiles, monitor project tasks in real-time, and foster seamless collaboration across departments and countries.

VirtuTeams required a scalable, role-based system where admins could monitor task progress, approve requests, and manage user workflows with minimal friction — all without compromising real-time visibility or UX simplicity.
We designed a modular structure that cleanly separated employee, admin, and client panels. Live notifications and WebSocket-based tracking ensured smooth communication across roles. We also integrated custom branding options to allow each company admin to personalize their workspace.
