What we walked into.

Candidate Hub needed a streamlined solution to conduct and manage interviews online, especially as remote hiring became the norm. The platform had to eliminate back-and-forth scheduling and offer one-click video meeting integration.

What we shipped

How we solved it.

We integrated Zoom's API for automatic meeting creation and used Google Calendar sync to avoid scheduling conflicts. A dual-panel interface was created for recruiters and candidates, keeping workflows intuitive yet robust. Firebase handled email reminders to reduce no-shows.
