A mobile-first application developed for Bharat Meds to simplify the last-mile delivery and real-time tracking of medical orders. The app allows users to place orders, track delivery agents live, and receive updates on medicine dispatch status — ensuring timely access to critical healthcare products.

Bharat Meds needed a real-time, reliable tracking system that was easy for patients and customers to use — particularly those not tech-savvy. The goal was to reduce delivery confusion and ensure faster medicine access across cities.
We used Firebase and Google Maps API to enable real-time delivery tracking. React Native allowed us to deploy fast across both Android and iOS. The order timeline feature created transparency, while push notifications improved communication.
