The Challenge
Bharat Meds needed a real-time, reliable tracking system that was easy for patients and customers to use — particularly those not tech-savvy. The goal was to reduce delivery confusion and ensure faster medicine access across cities.
Our Solution
We used Firebase and Google Maps API to enable real-time delivery tracking. React Native allowed us to deploy fast across both Android and iOS. The order timeline feature created transparency, while push notifications improved communication.
